New-hire kits that make day one feel like a good decision.
A new hire’s first impression of your company is a box. We curate it, kit it, and ship it — to the office or straight to their door — so every start date gets the same deliberate welcome, whether you hire two people a month or twenty.
Anatomy of a kit that works
The keeper
One hero item they’ll genuinely use — a quality hoodie, jacket, or insulated bottle. This is where the budget should concentrate, because it’s the piece that’s still in rotation a year later.
The daily drivers
Tee, notebook, pen, stickers — the working layer that shows up in the office and on desks. Solid mid-tier quality; this is volume territory, not luxury territory.
The unboxing
Branded box, tissue, a welcome insert with a human voice. Kitting is the difference between a pile of swag and a designed moment — and it’s exactly what FlexONE™ does all day.

Quick answers

How do onboarding kit programs work?
We design the kit once, produce and stock the components in our Lindon warehouse, and assemble boxes as you hire. HR sends a name, size, and address — or new hires order through your company webstore — and the kit ships, sized and personalized. Stocked webstore orders ship within 2 business days.
What should an onboarding kit cost?
Frame it per new hire: what is a strong first week worth against the cost of recruiting them? Most teams land the answer by concentrating budget in one keeper item plus a modest working layer. We’ll architect the best kit inside whatever that number is — and show you the mockup before you commit.
