Custom design is built into every order.

Prodigy starts with design. Our in-house creative team turns a rough idea — a theme, a vibe, a one-line brief — into apparel and gear people want to wear, then produces and decorates it, in our own facility or through trusted partners when a job calls for it.

A plan, not a product

Strategy before SKU. Before we pick a garment, our designers work out what the piece is supposed to do for your brand, your event, or your team, and what will make someone keep it instead of tossing it. That’s the difference between swag that works and swag that ends up in a drawer.

Because design, decoration, and fulfillment all live on our campus, the person who draws it talks to the person who prints it. No briefs lost between vendors, no surprises at proof time, and candid advice when a different approach will serve the art better.

Does Prodigy offer custom design?

Yes. Prodigy Promos has an in-house design team that creates custom artwork for apparel, headwear, and promotional gear, starting from an original concept or your existing brand assets. Design is part of every decorated order, and we take on larger creative projects scoped up front. You approve a mockup before anything is printed.

Quick answers

Working on something specific? Tell us what you have in mind: a logo, a theme, or just a rough idea. Or call 801-785-5646.

Do you charge for custom design?

Design is built into how we work. When you order decorated apparel or gear with Prodigy, our team designs it with you as part of the process. For larger or standalone creative projects, we scope the design work with you up front, so there are no surprises.

Can you work from just a rough idea?

Absolutely. A theme, a few reference images, or a one-line brief is plenty to start. Our designers turn that into concepts you can react to, and you’ll approve a mockup before anything goes to production.

What artwork do you need from us?

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, or a true vector PDF) gives the cleanest result at any size, but send whatever you have, even a screenshot. Art prep is part of the job, and we’ll rebuild it to print properly. You can attach files right on the request form.

See our Art File FAQ (opens in a new tab) for the details on file types and what to send.

Qualtrics

They asked for a tote. They got a campaign.

Once we understood what they were trying to accomplish, we built an employee-wellness campaign around the tote, including the packaging, the messaging, and how it got distributed. The biggest value is often in the goal behind the product.

Let’s design something worth keeping.

Send us your idea, or just the assignment, and our team will come back with a direction. Attach reference art or brand files right on the form.
