Ordering & shipping

How fast do orders ship?

Orders for inventoried product sold and fulfilled through our company webstores ship within 2 business days, guaranteed. Over the last 10 years, 99.2% of webstore orders have shipped within 1 business day from our Lindon, Utah facility. Decorated-to-order projects carry a production lead time we confirm when we quote.

What happens if our order ships late?

If a webstore order for inventoried product ever misses the 2-business-day window, shipping is on us. That’s the Prodigy Promise — not fine print, the actual policy.

How do I get a quote?

Three ways: send the quote request form, call 801-785-5646, or book a 15-minute call. Tell us the moment your product lands in — a launch, a milestone, day one for a new hire — and we’ll come back with a plan, mockups, and exact numbers within one business day.

Products & decoration

Do you decorate products in-house?

Yes. We run screenprinting, embroidery, and heat-press decoration in our own Lindon, Utah facility — tighter quality control, faster turnaround, and one accountable team. When a job needs a method we don’t run in-house or extra capacity, we also use trusted decoration partners, and some products arrive decorated factory-direct.

What products can you supply?

Custom apparel, drinkware, uniforms, awards and recognition gifts, onboarding kits, headwear, and branded print. If your brand can land on it, we can likely source it — and we’ll tell you when a product isn’t worth your money.

How much do custom t-shirts cost?

It depends on the garment tier, decoration method, and quantity — a ring-spun tee with a multi-color print costs more per piece than a budget tee with one color, and both get cheaper at volume. We quote exact numbers with mockups before you commit to anything.

Company webstores

What is a company webstore?

A branded online store where your team orders company gear — uniforms, swag, gifts — without anyone managing inventory in a closet. Prodigy builds the store, stocks top-sellers in our warehouse, decorates niche items on demand, and ships everything through FlexONE™, our integrated 3PL.

How long does it take to launch a company webstore?

Most company webstores launch within five weeks. Week 1 covers a discovery call and a pre-build checklist; weeks 2–4 cover the build, catalog setup, and testing; the store goes live in week 5. Most stores are ready about three weeks after the checklist is complete.

What does “hybrid” webstore mean?

Stocked plus print-on-demand under one roof. Your top-sellers sit pre-produced in our warehouse and ship within 2 business days; your niche items get decorated when ordered, so nothing gathers dust. One store, no wasted inventory.
