How fast do orders ship?

Orders for inventoried product sold and fulfilled through our company webstores ship within 2 business days, guaranteed. Over the last 10 years, 99.2% of webstore orders have shipped within 1 business day. Decorated-to-order projects carry a production lead time we confirm when we quote.

What happens if our order ships late?

If a webstore order for inventoried product ever misses the 2-business-day window, shipping is on us. That’s the Prodigy Promise.

How do I get a quote?

Do you decorate products in-house?

Yes. We run screen printing, embroidery, and heat-press decoration in our own facility — tighter quality control, faster turnaround, and one accountable team. When a job needs a method we don’t run in-house or extra capacity, we also use trusted decoration partners, and some products arrive decorated factory-direct.

What products can you supply?

Custom apparel, drinkware, uniforms, awards and recognition gifts, onboarding kits, headwear, and branded print. If your brand can land on it, we can likely source it, and we’ll tell you when a product isn’t worth your money.

How much do custom t-shirts cost?

It depends on the garment tier, decoration method, and quantity — a ring-spun tee with a multi-color print costs more per piece than a budget tee with one color, and both get cheaper at volume. We quote exact numbers with mockups before you commit to anything.
