Do you decorate everything in-house?
We run our own production floor for screen printing, embroidery, heat-press, and DTF pressing. Plenty of sourced product arrives decorated factory-direct, and trusted partner shops cover overflow and methods we don’t run. We tell you which is which when we quote.
What do promotional products cost?
Four things move the number: the product tier, the decoration method and color count, the quantity, and logistics like kitting and drop shipping. Setup fees spread across more pieces, so the per-piece cost falls at volume. We quote every project individually, with fees itemized and a timeline, before you commit to anything.
What artwork do you need from us?
Send vector artwork if you have it: AI, EPS, or a true vector PDF. Vector files hold their edges at any size, from a cap front to a trade show banner. If a screenshot is all you have, send that instead. Our design team rebuilds the art, and you approve a mockup before production starts.
