Custom hats people actually wear out the door.

Embroidered caps, visors, and beanies — stitched on our own multi-head embroidery line in Lindon, Utah. Headwear is the highest-visibility real estate in swag: a kept hat puts your logo at eye level for years.

What works on heads

Structured & dad caps

The everyday staple. Structured caps hold their shape and carry embroidery beautifully; unstructured dad caps read casual and current. Both take a left-panel or front-center logo equally well.

Performance & trucker

Moisture-wicking fabrics for field crews and golf days; mesh-back truckers for warm weather and casual brands. The right pick depends on where your people actually wear them.

Beanies & visors

Cuffed beanies are the winter keep-rate champion — and a small embroidered patch or direct stitch reads premium. Visors cover sun-heavy uniforms, events, and crews.

What’s the best logo treatment for hats?

Embroidery, almost always — it’s durable, dimensional, and reads premium at eye level. Keep front-panel art simple and bold; fine detail under about a quarter-inch gets lost in stitches. Complex or multi-color marks often work better simplified, and we’ll show you a stitch-out mockup before production.

Can hats go in our company webstore?

Yes — headwear is a webstore staple because one size fits most, which means no size-run inventory risk. Stocked caps ship within 2 business days of a webstore order, and our embroidery line keeps reorders identical to the first run.
